JAY-Z 30 tour, I don't know about you However for me I have been torn between Jay-Z the artist one of HipHop all time legend and the legal situation he finds himself in. This seems all to familiar with HipHop artist and the legal/judicial system goes hand in hand  or the same sentence.  I didn't keep up with every detail of his woes like I did with the Atlanta, GA YSL Trial with Young Thug aka Jeffrey Williams.  However as a true HipHop member, participant and now  media it's my Job to due diligence and listen to a lot of people who use to work with him. One of the longest and beautiful soulful voices is talented singer Jaguar Wright Original Singer on the song named "Song Cry" Her ability to speak truth to power is infectious. for me I will always have a special place in my heart (empathy) for Jaguar for her performance on that song on incredible soulful in person live on MTV. This performance push MTV ratings and JAY-Z as an artist. This song is timeless due to the emotional tones and theme. We as males who particularly  are making a living in the street by drug dealing/ distribution  do not get a chance to express their emotional side. So this right here is a true HipHop banger for mental Health release of stress.  So you can only image how I feel about Harlem Native Dame Dash.  I was truly torn as the days drew closer to July, 10th. I heard one voice say this and it stuck with me " Jay-Z is doing concerts to keep his fan base loyal". I was one to not believe that statement. I rational JAY-Z  legal woes as he is not convicted and let him have his day in court, I was good with that. This is the conversation I'm having in my head. So finally I said for me having lived and being all of NYC  particular in Harlem, Bronx, and Brooklyn I know a little more than most people about how many times JAY-Z name has been mentioned in NY. I had the pleasure of living and working in Bedstuy particular Marcy Housing development and community center and library. I worked with a cure violence site named S.O.S Save Our Streets Bedstuy. We made the Newspaper for the work we were taking on in our community. We as a team were canvassing in our catchment area and surrounding area we connected with community members and local business. All of the team members lived in bedstuy. My ties to Brooklyn is deep so for me this was an anniversary for me as well. The concert is going to be in the Bronx Yankee Stadium. Wow that's my home away from home. Jay-Z30 really took me back to 1995 , 1996 Regina P. I remember going to Bedstuy on pulaski Street of the G train stop Willoughby  go up stairs the Chicken Store on right there on the corner not brightly lit kinda dark at night. if you know you know. Regina took me out there she introduce me to Do or Die Bedstuy. She would go visit her family and I went with her for many reasons. One is as young adults we always had a level of respect and curiosity about one another that did not go away or acted on up to then.  We genuinely talked and this was on of our ways of feeling each other out getting to know a person mental state around social environments. we go down Marcy to Pulaski  street was dark however my block 129 is like that so I was used to it. I'm just not from there I can see why someone who is not from there would not be taking a stroll over here at all. there would never be a YouTube walking blog back then from a non community member. So now you have about 60% of what I was cryptal thinking about Going or Watching the concert.  My only side eye 👁‍🗨I came up with was Sean Carter saying Sean combs was not a personal relationship just a business one. Particular when Sean combs was and still is in federal custody currently at FCI fort dix NJ. My side eye for Jay-Z doing this was quickly Overtood becuase, Real shit you know the rules "I done seen it all" I myself did not go to any of my Day one federal court cases, However I did write him a character letter for use to the sentencing judge, answer phone calls and gave him money and he is currently at FCI Fort Dix NJ. Man with all that  going on I begged to differ I didn't think he was going to get a huge turn out.  However as the NY Knicks went on a beautiful Championship playoff run to win their 3rd NBA championship and 1st in 53 years to beat the spurs in the 2026 NBA cup and NBA finals in the same year Knicks in 5. The whole city and state is feeling good about this moment and a few weeks ago was Jaron" Boots" Ennis vs Xander Zayas at the Barclay's Center in Brooklyn I said to myself  'I DID NOT WANT TO BE DENIED THIS MOMENT! I NEED IT FOR MY MENTAL HEALTH". This is for HipHOP culture.  lastly for the Culture Jay-Z had played in PA with the roots and he brought out Bennie Sigel Dwight Grant my cousin (lol) freeway and few other state property members. So JAY-Z 30 at Yankee stadium Who will he bring out and the rumors of low ticket sales I had to be there for MYSELF. The moment I got off the 4 train and saw Yankee stadium, McDonalds and the people, hear the music I felt this was the right decision. I look through the gate as i was walking down the train stairs a familiar scene for me. The atmosphere was so full of life. people smiling, dancing, taking pictures, selling JAY-Z 30 shirts, hats food and drinks. this was like the 90's and i felt so so good. We did I did not hear not one argument the vibe was so beautiful. I walked around and stumble to the pop up shop on 161 and Gerard ave while i was filming for Chat&smoke YouTube channel. I was talking about the diner not being there anymore and that is the spot of the pop up shop. The old Crown Diner wow it on video Amazon Music 96 and FOREVER JAY-Z30 was a beautiful site to see. people were line-up orderly to go inside music was being played and across the street is people enjoying the atmosphere. No buses the street were block off for traffic, the weather was excellent and you can smoke grade A weed . I had Space Runtz that was so so good. I was good and high not paranoid really enjoying the moment. A lot of my good friends and family are not here or loved up and I'm here to enjoyed the moment. I have more days behind me than in front of me. I had two real good brothers transition on both due to cancer from the time this concert started to the time I'm writing this post with the revision. My condolences to the families Of My Brooklyn Brother Craig- C-Bo Alexander if if was not for you my brother I would not have wanted to tuff it out at S.O.S Crown Heights. You were my rock in managing my emotions on dealing with human behavior at the work place. you showed me what a friend better yet what a family man is thank you. We even connected with raising dogs Brooklyn is very smart and dangerous. I told you and your wife all the time Dog training school is cool. I miss my dog Lady. your personality, swag and honor is what makes you stand out. Everybody you greet give you real hugs and excitement. They all say C-bo is a real good dude. lastly you introduce me to Barry B from bedsuy. when we had to break teams i at bedstuy and you still at Crown Heights I didn't know how things would go we both went on to doing more community cure violence with other sites Barry was another dude that everybody greeted him with tremendous love and respect. that made me trust Barry because of you. Barry on his own has my respect and love as a brother. it was like the creator said I know how you like to work with people about doing the work so here. Back to the concert I went to the bar across the street and they had a D'Usse promotion that was very creative and very well received with customers and patrons. night two I stayed home and watch via streams that was interesting. the 3rd and the closing night extra innings was a resilient performance having the determination to not lose or be stop as he patiently waited for the security to clear the building before coming out was a great idea. Publicly safety is a must I have a person explaining it to me on my YouTube channel as well. I truly enjoyed the memories of being in the Bronx. Brooklyn and Harlem during those times.
